Identifying the Opportunity

There are no "cookie-cutter" solutions. You may
want to focus on a single opportunity, such as P.E.T. Or,
you may have plans to open a full-service diagnostic imaging
center offering all modalities. The RED experts will guide
through every phase of your project, making your project scaleable
for other locations and setting you on the path for profitable
growth.
The RED process is generally a three-phase process:
Phase I: Identifying the Opportunity
During this phase, RED Will work tirelessly with tou or on
your behalf to find the right opportunity given your unique
situation. We will match your specific needs with a situation
that gives you the best opportunity for success. We take into
account your specific geographic considerations, financial
situation and partnership options (especially importatnt if
you're a non-physician entrepreneur). In most instances, RED
will present you with 2-4 opportunities with a 60-90 day period
for your evaluation and approval. During the processm we will
be in constant contact with you, and give you weekly updates.
We will analyze market data, look at location options, feel
out any political implications and identifyopportunity "areas"
where you can fill a market need and make an immediate impact.
Phase II: Executing the Opportunity
Once we identify the opportunity, we move together to execute
the plan. This phase includes business plan development, finalizing
the structure of the new entity, equipment selection, procuring
building plans, contractor selection, developing the operational
and management structure, addressing operational and hiring
issues, as well as assisting with licensing. This process
normally takes anywhere from 3-6 months, depending on the
complexity of the project. RED will be with youevery step
of the way, and stay with you through opening and longer,
if necessary. The RED fees vary for Phase II development,
depending on our final level of involvement. Fees in this
phase may be reduced in exchange for a small equity stake,
if both parties agree.
Phase III: Marketing the Opportunity
Many people believe that "if you build it, they will
come." This is simply not the case. In Phase III, RED
Marketing will develop all of the necessary marketing materials.
We start with naming and corporate identity. Then we make
your brand come alive through brochures, your own web site,
physician marketing programs, CD holders, field marketing
support, open house assistance, doctor education materials,
and newspaper ads (if needed). When it's all said and done,
your facility will most likely have the best marketing materials
in the area, all orchestrated beautifully for a pre-opening
launch and complete follow-up once the center is opened. Along
with development and physician training, marketing is one
of our core competencies and an edge you should not be without.
The time involved to build a thorough marketing program is
usually 90 days, although in certain instances, this can be
"fast-tracked" if necessary.
Generally, the entire process takes anywhere from 6-12 months,
although some projects can be put on a "fast-track"
schedule, requiring as little as 60-90 days.

total amount varies according to our level of involvement.
In some instances, RED will consider a reduction or waiver
of certain fees in exchange for a small ownership interest
